Our Philosophy
Professional Nursing education is built on an integrated study of natural sciences, social sciences and humanities in order to promote critical thinking, comprehensive care, respect and concern for individuals, families, communities and society.
Nursing education prepares graduates to practice within the established professional guidelines and standards and to engage in continuous role development and revision of knowledge. The teaching / learning process fosters intellectual and personal growth; stimulates inquiry, critical thinking, and synthesis of knowledge; and helps the individual value and pursue life βlong learning.
A graduate of the college will possess the ability to integrate the theory, concepts and research findings in to nursing practice shaping the future of practice and meeting the emerging health needs of the society.
The faculty are responsible as role models, mentors, and teachers for providing a caring environment in which students are free to explore and develop personally, professionally and intellectually.
