Nurturing Nursing Leaders Since 2011
PRS College of Nursing is a premier self-financing professional college under the Krishnammal Ratnaswamy Educational Foundation (KREF). Established in 2011, the college is affiliated with the University of Kerala (Order No. 2694/Ac.1/2/2010 KUHS dated 25.06.2011), and approved by both the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) (Order No. G.2736/2011/NC dated 21.08.2011) and the Indian Nursing Council (INC) (Order No. F.No.02/APR2/2011-INC dated 27.11.2011). The institution conducts a four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) course with an annual intake of 80 students.
The course aims at preparing professional nurse graduates who are highly competent to render qualitative care to patients in all clinical settings. Students gain absolute clinical mastery at our parent institution, PRS Hospital, a prestigious 300-bedded NABH-accredited Multi-specialty Hospital.
